Chai Apple Crisp



Heat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl, place cut apples and sprinkle with water and 1 ½ teaspoons Oregon Chai and stir together. Place apples in an 8x8 pan or round pie dish. Place margarine in the bowl and stir in remaining Oregon Chai. Add oats, flour and brown sugar; stir until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake until golden brown and apples are tender, about 25-30 minutes. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
