Baked Original Chai Latte Custard



Caramelize ½ cup sugar. Pour a little into each custard cup. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs, sugar and salt slightly to mix. Stir in scalded milk and Original Chai concentrate. Pour into 8 custard cups. Set cups in a pan of hot water (1" deep.) Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean. Remove from oven. Un-mold to serve. 8 servings
