Heat oven to 375°F and place rack in center. Lightly grease two 9 x 4 ½ pans with oil. In a medium bowl, sift together whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, combine Oregon Chai, milk, oil, honey and molasses, and stir until well blended. Add dry ingredients gradually into wet, stirring until well combined.
Divide batter evenly between the two prepared pans. Even out tops with a spatula. Bake for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool on a rack. Serve, and enjoy! Remaining bread should be refrigerated or can be frozen.
