Chai Apple Cheesecake



Beat cream cheese until soft. Slowly add sugar and flour. Beat two minutes. Add eggs and egg yolks one at a time, beating after each addition. Add whipping cream and Original Chai concentrate. Set aside. Sauté apples in butter until just tender. Add brown sugar and Original Chai concentrate and cook until bubbly. Pour mixture over cheesecake crust. Top with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake until set, about one hour.
