Pre-cook pastry-shell and allow to cool. Clean strawberries, cut into bite-sized pieces and arrange in piecrust. Make glaze: combine crushed strawberries and Original Chai concentrate in saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch and mix well. Strain juice into sugar mixture and mix well. Return to saucepan. Cook until clear and thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add food coloring to desired color. Cool slightly. Spoon over strawberries. Serve immediately. Top with whipping cream, if desired.
