Missah’s Chai Pumpkin Bread



Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and make a well. Mix pumpkin, chai concentrate and eggs (or egg replacers) in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients mixing just until moist. You want a lumpy batter! Fold in walnuts. Pour into oiled loaf pan and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
