SuperFast Mini Pecan Rolls


  • 2 tbsp. Butter, sliced thin
  • 1 Banana, sliced thin
  • 3/4 cup Chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp. Dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. White sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tin Refrigerated biscuit dough


Pre-heat Oven to 375 Mix cinnamon and sugars in small bowl and set aside. Drop a thin slice of butter into each compartment of a mini muffin tin. Top with banana slice. Sprinkle pecans and sugar/cinnamon mixture over bananas. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place on top of pecan mixture.
