- 4 slices Canadian Bacon
- 2 cups Fresh or frozen hash browns
- 2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute Eggs or egg substitute
- 1 tbsp. Fat-free margarine
Spray a large frying pan with nonstick cooking spray, and put pan on low to medium heat.
Cut bacon slices into smaller pieces, and heat them in the pan.
Add 2 cups of frozen or fresh hash brown potatoes.
Follow hash brown package directions which generally call for heating potatoes for 3-5 minutes before flipping, and cooking other side for another 3-5 minutes.
While hash browns are cooking, scramble 2 eggs and 1/2 cup egg substitute (e.g, eggbeaters).
