Whole Wheat Chai Molasses Bread



Dissolve yeast in warm water and chai until bubbly (about 5 minutes). Add oil, honey, molasses, salt and 2/3 cup of flour and mix until thoroughly blended. Gradually add more flour until you can bo longer mix with a spoon. Turn the dough out on a floured surface and knead 5 minutes. Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Divide into 3 loaves and place in greased loaf pan, brush with Oregon Chai and make 3 diagonal slits in each loaf. Bake until the loaf is done and sounds hollow when tapped on bottom, 35-45 minutes.
